Payment & Booking Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

GTOC Adventures offers a variety of secure and convenient payment options for your safari experience:

• Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers)

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Online Payment Platforms (PesaPal)

2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required within 7 days of your reservation request. This deposit secures your travel dates, accommodations, and services.
Bookings without timely deposits may be automatically cancelled.

3. Final Balance

The remaining 70% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the safari departure date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

4. Late Payments

Late or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation of your booking and may be subject to additional administrative charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days: No refund

• No-shows or unused services: Non-refundable

6. Currency & Transaction Charges

All payments must be made in USD or its local currency equivalent.
GTOC Adventures is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction processing fees levied by financial institutions.

7. Payment Confirmation

Upon receiving your payment, we will send you an official payment receipt and an updated invoice via email. Please retain all payment documentation for your records.

8. Booking Amendments & Extra Costs

Any modifications to your confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. All changes must be requested in writing and will be handled with care and transparency.

9. Payment Security & Privacy

Your financial security is our priority. GTOC Adventures uses encrypted payment gateways to process all transactions securely. We do not store credit card details.
